3 Day Social Media & Crisis Communications

 

This intensive three-day training on social media use and digital communications for law enforcement includes in -depth training for the most popular and effective platforms; Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.  The best practice uses for Periscope, Snapchat, Pinterest, Blogging and email are also covered. 

Day three is all about getting ready for the unavoidable... Crisis Communications. We prepare you for handling the crisis, dealing with the media in a professional and effective manner and providing reliable and timely information to reassure your community through the mainstream media and your social media presence. 

 

To complete the training we look at how social media can be best integrated for your media relations, crisis communications and community outreach are incorporated for a complete learning experience. 

The training has been developed with the novice social media user in mind, but focuses on intermediate to advanced users.  

 

At The Conclusion Of Training, Participants Will Be Able To:
